Jim is the owner, and he and another gentleman handle everything. Literally. He lets me know if I ever need to address anything, he ALWAYS ALWAYS goes the extra mile, he is very articulate and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. My lawn is healthy and rivals anyone else's in town, and he takes great pride in making sure it's perfect. You will not be disappointed if you go with them. He takes that unit that sits outside that's attached to your irrigation system off in the winter, and puts it back on in the summer. He did all the adjusting for me as we went through the stages of water restrictions in town. I literally did not have to do a thing. And he is so reliable, He's one of the few vendors I know who is 100% reliable.
