GrassPlus & Associates

We found GrassPlus to be a very unprofessional company who demonstrated very sketchy business practices.  GrassPlus did not even complete the work nor did they address warranty work after numerous telephone calls, voicemails, and emails left with no response.   GrassPlus tried to bill us for work not completed.  GrassPlus caused damage to the point we had to hire a third party contractor to complete the work, then we forced to back charge GrassPlus for the payment.  Most recently, we discovered our gutters were overflowing with recent heavy rains.  GrassPlus installed an underground drainage system that tied all our roof downspouts together so rainwater could be captured in the underground drain lines.  With our gutters overflowing, we excavated the drain tile installed by GrassPlus and found it to be installed running up hill; therefore stopping water flow.  We had to disconnect the work done by GrassPlus to allow for the downspouts drain on the ground surface.  We would never recommend GrassPlus to complete work.  We worked directly with the owner, Jeremy May.  He did not do what he said he was going to do.  He cannot be trusted, and his workmanship is poor.

Hopefully the end result will be just as satisfying as the process has been so far!

Great!  Everything was done to our total satisfaction, personnel was very polite and professional and they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the job that was done.  The did a fantastic job, would highly recommend this company.  We are already talking to Jeremy about more work that we would like done later this fall and also sodding the front yard next spring.  Very happy with the work.  Very reasonable priced as well.
