Brian arrived on time, quickly replaced two parts to fix the problem (which had been correctly diagnosed over the phone with another employee), and patiently answered my questions. No complaints except cost seemed a little high.

Don't return phone calls after several messages left and lied to the manufacturer of the appliance regarding repairs. After 4 trips appliance is not repaired.

Very good, dependable and expert service, but I thought a bit expensive. Nevertheless, I have no way of judging what any other business would charge for the same services. The repair was done well and the service was prompt. I would use them again.
