I reached out to Danco via email requesting a project estimate for light installation. After exchanging several emails with their point of contact, answering questions and providing additional information regarding the scope of the project, I was notified that they couldn't provide me with a quote at this time given their current workload. Since I never told them when I would have liked the work to be done, my assumption was that the project was "too small" to be worth their time. They were initially very responsive, and professional for the most part, but ultimately disappointing.

Dan came out and provided an estimate. Very professional. He was able to slip my job into his heavy work schedule, which was greatly appreciated. Crew showed up on time and worked to get shop completely wired the first day. The next day trenching was done , power lines run, and power applied. Great clean up when completed. Crews were very courteous and professional. Pricing was very fair and affordable.

They were punctual, nice and neat. We haven’t had anyone that we don’t like so far. They called back and scheduled the date. They were here all day until they were finished. My husband had a couple of questions and the man had given him his cellphone number.  He called him and he asked him. He responded immediately. He explained the situation and then it was taken care of.

I had spoken to Missi. They were very thorough, professional, and they worked with me as far as the time for the appointment. The return trip was not their fault. I was using a remote control, and the fan was bad. The thing in the ceiling that the remote communicates with, was bad. They worked with me on that, and they switched it out for me. They just wanted to make sure that they had done what they were supposed to. I am extremely pleased, and I will call today, if I needed them. Their professionalism stood out. The price was really good. Another reason that I used them, because they have a $25 coupon in a magazine, and we like to get a little discount. The pricing was pretty good, even before the $25 discount.The quality was great, they were very careful, not to mess up anything, and they were neat, there weren't wires all over the place, and they cleaned up after they were done. They were responsive, they worked with me as far as scheduling. They were really quick and came out in a couple of days, depending on what was going on. They are on time, and call you when they are on their way.

We needed two new electrical outlets installed for a security system upgrade. They came out the same day we called and did the installation installing the new outlets where the representative from our security system told us they needed to be for this new installation. A few days later when the security system installer came to do the installation, he said the one outlet would not work due to some reinforcement that was in the exterior wall. They would not be able to get the electrical wiring through the wall without major drywall and insulation damage. Therefore we needed to have another outlet installed in a different place. As a result, our installation could not be completed that day and he would have to return to finish his installation after the electrician installed the third new outlet.

We then called Danco and were told that all of their electricians were working at another site on a larger job but they would get back to us with a date and time they would be able to do our electrical work. Within 15 minutes of that call, we received a call back from Danco saying that they were pulling one of their electricians off of that major job and were sending him here to do our work. This was such an important decision for us on their part because it enabled their electrician and our security installer to work side-by-side and make sure both jobs were done so that the end result would work perfectly.

We have used Danco Electrical a few times in the past and are completely satisfied with not only their work, but also their integrity, service and professionalism. We would recommend them in a heartbeat and know that we will never use any other company for any electrical needs we may have going forward. Plus, they wouldn't even accept our check at the time of service. They said they would bill us. Very rare today. They are the best!

Danco was timely , professional, and willing to answer our questions about the installation.

I called Danco after another company had spent one hour in front of the generator and said they could not diagnose the problem and recommended I buy a new generator.
Danco tecfh took five minutes to see that the generator only needed a new battery. He replaced the battery the next day, changed the oil and cleaned out the acid which had leaked from the old battery.
The service was prompt, efficient and courteous.
