He very methodically checked and fixed all of the issues I was having and increased the speed of my computer significantly. Made suggestions and explained what he was doing. I had to leave first appt. before he finished. He graciously came back another day to finish up. He only charged me a flat rate for one visit which I thought was very reasonable considering the hours he worked to complete the job. He was very kind and patient in answering all my gazillion questions :)
