Susan was very helpful with answering initial questions about the service and figuring out the size dumpster we'd need. After the dumpster arrived, she responded quickly to emails asking about whether certain items were ok to go into the dumpster. Dumpster arrived on time, was placed exactly where we requested it, and was removed without any problems in the driveway.

I just can't say enough about how well this contractor has worked out for us. I found BTDT on Angie's List and used them for a month of yard waste collection that required permits from the City of Durham. They were punctual with in five minutes for delivery and pickups, they were attentive to the need to display the permits and cones and the drivers were super careful not to damage the area. I was so happy with this contractor that I used the for several months to collect construction waste and trash at our home in Chapel Hill. They were helpful about the billing, understanding about several episodes of bad weather that kept us from getting the bin filled in time for the contract pick up dates and in every way were a pleasure to work with. In the past I had shopped waste services by price alone and will never, ever make that mistake again. You may find a cheaper dumpster, but ask yourself if you want to risk dealing with the really time consuming and expensive problems that an indifferent, careless hauler can cause. (If you ever had a a driver back over a well marked sewer blowout and drive off leaving a mess in your yard, then refuse to take responsibility for the damage, you know what I'm talking about.) After the first couple of pickups and deliveries by BTDT, I knew I could trust them around our property 100%. Waste collection at a big job is a lot more complicated than we often realize and with Bin There Dump That, you'll be in good hands, hands that treat your property with the same care and respect as their own.

Delivered exactly where I requested it and no damage to driveway. Their website is very clear about how the process works and what the dumpster sizes are. Easy!

The lady at the office was very helpful and scheduled the delivery. The driver was personable and very efficient. I kept the dumpster for two weeks and called for a pickup. The dumpster was removed the next day. Had an email very soon after pickup thankikg nme for my business. The experience was very pleasant.

Very pleased with service.  Easy to arrange, helpful advice with what we needed.  Delivery was prompt and trouble-free onto our driveway.  Dumpster had doors at one end which made it easy for us to walk-in the larger heavy stuff, then we could close doors and fill with the smaller stuff.  We did a massive Spring clean over 3 weekends.  The last weekend was free as the dumpster pickup should have been on a Friday but it was mutually convenient to delay till the Monday and there was no extra charge!  Highly recommend this company - we will use them whenever we need a dumpster.

We had a wonderful experience with this company.  I contacted ALOT of dumpster services in our area and they were far and away the best value.  I was astounded at the range of prices, and most of these businesses only had limited sizes available, usually starting at 15 yards up to 30 yards and offered only 3 - 4 days of use.  A few only offered 20 and 30 yard bins.  I didn't need one that big.  This company offers sizes from 4 cubic yards up to 30.  They were the most reasonably priced, with a generous rental time (10 days for the initial rental cost).   We received a detailed .PDF file describing the bins and pricing, along with any restrictions associated with waste dumping.  This file had photos of the bins with a person in each photo to give a better understanding of the size, clearly stated dimensions/sizes, and pricing.

We chose the 14 yard (though the 10 yard probably would have served us, but we wanted to be sure we had enough room) to dump our 1,000 SF of flooring (carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, trim).  The bin arrived on the day we requested and it was QUIETLY delivered,which we truly appreciated.  The bin was clean, easy to open and looked new.  It was placed exactly where we wanted it, and was picked up promptly on the day we requested.  Customer service seems to be very important to this business as well.  All phone calls and emails were answered promptly and cheerfully. After pick up, we received our invoice via email, detailing our charges.

Sue and Greg were a pleasure to work with on this job, and I really felt that I was an important customer for them.  I highly recommend this company for your bin needs.
