"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for the kind words and it was a pleasure to be of service to you."
We chose the 14 yard (though the 10 yard probably would have served us, but we wanted to be sure we had enough room) to dump our 1,000 SF of flooring (carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, trim). The bin arrived on the day we requested and it was QUIETLY delivered, which we truly appreciated. The bin was clean, easy to open and looked new. It was placed exactly where we wanted it, and was picked up promptly on the day we requested. Customer service seems to be very important to this business as well. All phone calls and emails were answered promptly and cheerfully. After pick up, we received our invoice via email, detailing our charges.
Sue and Greg were a pleasure to work with on this job, and I really felt that I was an important customer for them. I highly recommend this company for your bin needs.
