David Siver has installed and maintained my heat pumps for the past 12 years He has always been professional and responsive. During my last service call from Mr Siver,he found that my unit was not cooling properly and suspected a small freon leak..He added sealant and freon and that seemed to solve the problem..He did note that one of his gauges did not register a pressure he thought it should but the unit was cooling fine and he told me to call him if there was a problem..After several days,I discovered that while the unit was cooling,it would not cool down below 78 degrees.He promptly responded the next day and diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermo expansion valve.He ordered the part and completed the repair in a timely manner,and I would have not known the difference..He refunded the amount that he charged me for freon and sealant.I believe others would not have refunded that money and simply said they found this other problem.He told me that faulty thermo expansion valves can mimic a freon leak and he would not charge me for his initial mis diagnosis.Mr Silver will continue to service my units as consider his honesty and competence to be beyond question.

Technicians arrived promptly laid out dust carpet at front door and put on boot covers before entering my home. We reviewed what they planned on doing first then they went to work. After an hour the problems were identified and estimates were given for repairs. They were finished and cleaned up a couple of hours later. The HVAC unit detailed evaluation they gave was very thorough, plus they emailed me a copy of the report immediately. They were friendly, courteous, and informative from start to finish. We were so impressed with them that we'll be using their services again for annual maintenance.

In the course of servicing the units it was discovered that there was cold air blasting out in the crawl space. David and his crew determined the source of the cold air and fixed the problem. Also each unit needed a capacitor replace and the heat pump needed freon. Keep in mind that the main house unit hasn't been service in a couple of years and the garage unit in over 10 years. They got them both fixed and the house is nice and chilly! The cost of the service included a maintence contract for the year. The guys were very polite and professional, called to let me know they were on there way and were prompt. I highly recommend them.

The heat exchange was not cracked... But the HVAC units were in need of service.
David did the work for my clients and they were very pleased with his work.
