She has cleaned my house for about a month now and I am very pleased.  I get to come home that smells clean and is clean!

She is absolutely incredible.  She stays until the house is cleaned.  I used her a lot when I am not up to doing it myself.  I am semi-retired.  If I would have worked full time, I would have her all the time.  She is not cheap, but she does an incredible job.  She uses all of her own supplies.  You don't have to pull out your vacuum cleaner or anything.  When she comes, it may take 2 or even 6 hours, she will not leave until the house is spotless clean.  She charges $75 a visit.  I would rate her highly down the line.  As far as availability goes, she will work with you.  She is a busy person. She is worth every penny.  She is very thorough.  There are a lot of house cleaning services here, but they don't do that kind of job.  I am a very picky person.  She lives up to my standards.   She is very punctual.  She calls everybody ma' am.  She is a down-home girl. She is very southern.  She is very polite.  I would use her in the future.  Anybody who gets Phyllis full-time is definitely lucky.
