They came and did the overall review. The man wasn't very cordial. Told them they would need to come before or after the holiday. Did not hear back from them before the holiday. Reached out to them on December 31st, told them a date (Friday). Have not heard back. Lack of communication, lack of follow up and lack of customer service.

"We do not remember Ms. Nicole. We are all very cordial individuals and try our very best to treat every one like we want to be treated. We were not working on the 31st of December, we were off for the Holiday. If we missed Ms. Nicole we apologize, but I do not remember meeting this young lady and my sales guys do not either. We think this is a bogus review...."

Everything was great until I realized the wrong outlet was installed. And then I was blindsided by an additional $85 just for them to come out and put the right one on.

"We installed the original outlet per the Specifications that we were given by the owner. The original outlet installed was a 30 amp 240 volt outlet. It had to be changed to another configuration to work with the equipment purchased by the owner. The equipment was not onsite and we could not see what plug the device needed. The cost was for the Additional trip that had to be made to change the receptacle out to work with the equipment supplied by the owner."

"We repaired the problems in Ms. Tammy's home. We also FINANCED the repairs. We just sent out a reminder for payment on the services we provided. They paid less than 1/2 of the cost of the service and repair."

On time and did job quickly. Good workmanship but like any electrician, they put back panels or ceiling pieces that they have to cut out for access but don't patch. Overall I am satisfied with job and performance.
