1) Jason was scheduled to come to my house to install the faucet I'd purchased within 2 days of my initial phone call and arrived right on time. He had to deal with some tricky maneuvers to remove my old faucet, and this made me even more glad that I'd not taken this on myself. Jason cleaned away some old hard water buildup and installed the new faucet in under an hour. It was great! 2) When I called to ask to be put on the schedule to have someone come to my house to investigate a really bad smell coming from one of our bathrooms, the person answering the phone asked me a few key questions and was able to diagnose for me that I didn't need any of them to come out, I needed to run some water in the shower and sink of an unused bathroom of our house. This was the second time I'd called with something that WB Plumbing was able to correct over the phone, with no on-site service and no charge. I really appreciate service providers who don't always look for a way to get your money but focus on truly being helpful.

Showed on time and installed the water heater in selected space. No major problems and estimate was close. Removing the 80 gallon water heater on the second floor was difficult but they did it.

I called these guys at 10am and they showed up in about 2 hours, did the job, and got the place back to normal. Very satisfied. Relieved that they took care of the problem so fast.

He went home to shower and he came back later that night. The man who came by worked hard and was dripping wet by the time he finished. He took care of the problem and what was above and beyond was that how composed he was. He was tired and puzzled at the end of the day. He is an experienced plumber and he was stumped by the problem. He crawled under the house to try and find it from the other way. He fixed it but he was still puzzled as to what caused the problem.

This company was subcontracted to do the plumbing work for our then-new house. Our upstairs bath never got a cleanout plug. It was left open and the drywall guy never saw it, just drywalled over it. The result: Every time someone used the upstairs sink, the water just dumped out of the cleanout, onto the drywall (which was unnoticed behind the sink cabinet), and slowly leaked down onto the garage ceiling. Our Contractor had to eat that repair. The outside spigots could not be of cheaper quality. They have cracks in the metal that spray water everywhere...I'll probably be eating that one, but I won't call WB Plumbing to do it. When you build a new house and find these sorts of things, you naturally wonder what else is cheaply done and waiting to reveal itself...well after the warranty period.

We discovered on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend that our sewer drain was stopped up, with water from the dishwasher backing up into our garage sink. On a recommendation from a friend, we called Wrightsville Beach Plumbing. Shelton, who was working that day, called us right back and put us on at the end of his long day. He and his helper worked hard to locate where the drain stoppage had occurred and was able to get the drain opened. We were delighted!

I thought his pricing was very reasonable, willing to work with me and patient. I would definitely use him again in the future.

They were referred by a friend. I am pretty happy about everything they did based on my limited experience with them. Their price was pretty good.

They not only replaced it they took out the old one and put a new one. They were very positive people and they want to help you figure out the best solution and the most cost effective solution. They took care of everything extremely well and you wouldn't even know they were in and out of the house.

I was given a 2 hour timeframe. Plumber arrived well within the timeframe. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it without any problems.

The two plumbers fixed my problem quickly with professionalism.

They are quick - usually within a day of calling. They come on time and are very professional. The first time I called for a toilet leak - while waiting for them I actually broke the toilet in the 2nd bathroom and met them at the door saying Now I have two broken toilets.... they took it in stride and repaired both. They were finished with both in 20 minutes and that was 4/5 years ago and no problems since. The 2nd time I had a broken tub spout - they came day after I called - fixed it perfectly within an hour and all has been well since. They are responsive, quick, and competent. They bill so expect your bill to come about a week later in the mail.
