Horrible experience - they will provide you with a 10 year warranty that they have no intention of fulfilling (after doing a horrible job on the install - grading isn’t right, nails going through underlayment, boards were broken during install and never replaced, leak around chimney due to poor sealing, etc.). My roof was replaced early 2021, and by end of 2021, water damage began appearing all throughout the house. Owner stopped responding when he realized how big of a project it would be to repair the roof and resulting damage. Tried to tell me it was from everything other than a roof leak. Didn’t bother to submit to the company’s insurance or have an adjuster out to assess the damage. I have a 10-gallon humidifier running at all times and have to empty the tank twice a day, at least. Believe the 1-star reviews - the 5-star reviews are from people that are friends or family of the owner

Back on April 5th, your company completed replacement of my roof. During the time your crew was here I had concerns about the ridge caps on two of the three bay windows and brought my concern to both the installer and the supervisor. The supervisor told me at that time that the installer had been directed to do it that way but if the caps didn't lay down properly to inform you folks at Harbor and you would redo them. On April 10th, Roger came to my home and I wrote a check for final payment on the work and showed Roger the cap issue and pointed out that they still hadn't laid down. Roger asked me to wait just a little longer and if they still weren't right to call him and he would make sure someone came by to fix the issue. On 04/19/2017 I called Roger to request that the ridge caps be redone and he indicated to me that he would be at the office the next day and would make sure that someone would respond. On 04/28/2017, I called Roger again as I I hadn't heard or seen anyone from Harbor and that the ridge caps still weren't to my satisfaction. He again indicated that he would let someone at the office know of the problem. It is now 05/12/2017......more than a month since the original install and no one has been out or called to let me know when this will be resolved. Could someone please get in touch with me so that this can be resolved

Took some time to work into their schedule, then rain interruptions, etc. so the job took much longer than anticipated, but high quality work.

We have dogs and we asked not to leave nails and debris. It wasn't bad but we did have to go around the house and pick up the few things. They were in and out and completed in a timely fashion.

Excellent work in a timely, professional manner. They were also the low bidder of 4 roofing contractors.

These guys did an bang up job. On time, professional and excellent craftsmanship.

.Addendum...a month later.  The speed with which they tore off the old roof came at a price.  They damaged several plants as they pushed material off the roof, including a Japanese maple which will live, but with a main branch broken, will never look okay again.  some annuals were damaged beyond recovery.  I continue to find old nails in the yard...a couple dozen at least including some in the driveway (under a car I had parked there).  And, as I'm preparing to wash my vinyl siding, I'm finding 'skid marks' left by the old shingles hitting the siding on the way down. 
I would still recommend Harbor to a friend, but more for the price than the quality.

They did it within the quoted amount. Overall I was happy. I feel the process could have been more streamlined and I could have been provided with more options and the information been more clear.

We liked the professionalism and friendliness of Roger, our estimator/salesman, from his first visit to our home. We shared our needs and concerns... he immediately understood what we wanted and needed and made the appropriate suggestions, coming up with an extremely fair estimate. We are consumers, who check and double check products. Nate, the owner had no problem with this. He spent time with us discussing options and was more than willing to make changes in our order ,when we decided we wanted different roofing materials and caps.
             Our roofing supplies arrived a day ahead of the scheduled work day and were neatly stored where we directed. Nate came to our home to inspect the order. The next morning, Harbour Roofing's crew came in in orderly fashion. The first guy came around 8 and started organizing all the tools and everything. The foreman and crew were here by 9. As the work began and continued throughout the day and into the next, we watched these guys work together like a very well choreographed team. They were polite, very quiet and considerate, and forever offering to  help me or my two year old grandson, when we were in the yard. 
              Our home is 3,000 sq.ft. with a very angular parts in the roof.  We had some bad wood under the roof, which had to be replaced. Nate's crew was here for almost 3 days. At the end of each day his guys cleaned up using magnets to find any lost nails. On the third day they did a final clean up of all materials . They were quick. They were efficient. 
               Our neighbors were in awe at how fast Harbour Roofing was and how wonderful our roof looks. Several of them in an effort to save money over the last couple of years had hired so called "jack legs". These guys often took weeks... that's weeks.. to complete their work. They had to come back several times to fix problems. And then, they ended up over paying.
             We have the beautiful roof we wanted... at the price we wanted ..performed within the time frame we wanted... and the quality workmanship we demanded.

The crew and foreman showed up on time and worked very hard and non-stop in spite of hot weather. They completed the work in 2 days. The quality of work was very good (i.e. nailing shingles by hand). Roger (sales) and Nate the owner came by during the process. The crew cleaned up fairly well but as it started to rain heavily at the end of the job, some nails on the ground were missed and some materials were left in the driveway. Roger came the following day for the final payment and contacted the foreman to complete the cleanup. I pointed out an area that left rust in my driveway from the dumpster and some asphalt glue streaks in the driveway and on the siding of my house, apparently from the glue. He said he would have this taken care of. After not hearing further, I called to follow up after about 2 weeks or so. He said he would talk to Nate, and the areas would be power-washed. The roof work was done on June 27 and I have not heard anything further after I called once more over a month ago. I am pleased with the roof and workmanship, but displeased with the resolution of the above issues.

While the crew spread tarps to catch the old shingles, not all fell within the area covered by the tarp.  This left some asphalt streaks on the porch and deck which will require clean up.
The final price was right on the estimate.  No surprises is good when undertaking a job such as this.

I wasn't present, but everything seems fine.  I have no complaints.

Excellent services, better than excellent price.  Prompt and efficient. 
Representative, roger, was a pleasure to work with.

The installation itself went well.  The workers showed up on time and the work was done by the end of day.  The clean-up, however, was sub-par in my opinion.  Upon returning home, I could see scraps of old shingles and other bits of debris left by the workers.  I even found a couple of nails without even looking very hard.  There were also a few black streaks on the front of my house made by old roofing falling to the ground.  We also had a bit of a misunderstanding about replacing any rotten wood on the roof.  I assumed any rotten wood was going to be replaced, but it wasn't.  That's the bad news.
The good news is, I contacted Roger H., the sales consultant, and he and the owner, Nate, came to the house.  They saw that the clean-up wasn't up to standard and made arrangements to come back and do additional clean up.  Nate explained that the rotten wood was due to a framing issue and not something they typically look for or correct.  But, he had the rotten wood fixed and installed a protective cover along the edge to prevent any future water damage (at no additional cost).  So, while I was disappointed by the clean-up, I was impressed that the owner took the time to come out and make things right.  
Had it not been for the clean-up issue, I would have given them an A overall.  But since everything wasn't right the first time, I didn't feel an A (excellent) grade was appropriate.  However, I think they are a well-run company and I would still recommend them.

The whole process was quick and professional.  The guys came, found the leak and found two other suspect protections for pipe stantions and fixed them too.  Have to wait for the rains again to be certain but I felt that they really ck'd and repaired my roof.  The last roofer could not find the problem.  I appreciated the discount coupon and used it.  I appreciated the reviews of other customers.  When my roof must be replaced I will certainly call these guys!

Nate and crew were efficient.  Materials had a back order, but as soon as material were delivered to our site, Nate and crew started the job.  Work completed on time, cleanup was great.  Nate came back and checked with us  to make sure we were happy and satisfied.  Highly recommend this company.

Had a visit from sales rep who did estimate and listened to my concerns,sent me estimate. I followed up with an e-mail when I had my 3 estimates and made my decision. Had another visit from rep to choose color and answered my questions on taking care of chimmey flashing,removing antena holder from side of chimmey,replacing vents and my dozens of other questions. I was kept well informed and all of questions answered,either by Roger or owner Nate. The first day  stripped off all old shingles down to decking. Replaced any decking that had problem and covered with new felt. Fixed termite damage  above door.
Cleaned debris. Second day they laid shingles (using hammer instead of nail gun. ),finished ,started putting in copper flashing around chimmey. Finished today.  Looks terrific. Workers quiet and polite. Cleaned area each day and took old shingles to recyle.
 Hope this is enough information , have a list of all they said they were going to preform and as far as I know feel they did it all.
Both Roger and Nate were here often making sure workers had everything they needed.  As a widow this was a huge undertaking for an uninformed person. They make it easy for me.

I dealt with Roger almost exclusively.  He was really nice and accommodating.  During payment phases, he even came to my job to collect rather than having me drive to their office.  The roof looks great and I'm very happy to have chose this company.
One of the reasons why I chose this company was because it had been recommended by two other people I know.
