Quality Termite & Pest Control

I have been using them for four year now. They're very professional and always did a great job.

Went Well, but didn't respond to request to put back cable wires. Not sure why. No big deal.

They showed up when they were supposed to. As far as I know, they did a good job and they were polite. I was very pleased with them. I have nothing negative to say about them.

They did a decent job. They did okay but I think that I would hunt around before I called them again. It is not that they did a lousy job but I don't know if they did the best job that was available. We only lived in Greenville for about two years, so I really can't say. I was given their name on a recommendation by our realtor and he was very happy with them, and I am not sure that they are bad or that they are good either. Their prices are just about average too and it was right on par with all the rest of them. They came when they were supposed to but I didn't have any pest emergencies, so I really can't say how they would respond to that. They were on time all the time according to what I did deal with them for. I am not going to use them again since we don't live in North Carolina anymore but I am not sure that I would go around recommending them to anybody.

As stated above from the time the estimate was presented to us, in less than a week the job was done in a timely manner, with professional staff, they were courteous and we were well pleased with the job and have signed up for quarterly pest control and for annual termite inspections.

Went great. The same guy has come to spray my house two or three times and remembers previous visits. It is a good price and they call and remind you to schedule your next visit but in a "non pushy" way.
