Expensive compared to others. Would come unnoticed without scheduling and spray outside. I wouldn't even know they'd been there until I received a bill in the mail. One time they came while I was home and did not even ring the doorbell, just started spraying outside. This was after a prior call I made to them instructing them to not come unscheduled. I fired them at this point.

Went well. Annual mantanice contract seems high.

A very cocky gentleman came out on initial meeting. Pest tec was provided by the builder of our house. The gentleman treated me like I was a child & didn't know anything. Found to be very rude and patronizing. After buying the home pest tec showed up unannounced while my husband & I were at work. Sprayed chemicals around our house without notifying us. Went into our fenced off yard that he'd been shut & then when they left they left the gate wide open. There was no notice that they had come or sprayed chemicals. We have small dogs. This was very dangerous as they left pools of chemicals still standing along our house foundation that looked like standing water to us/dogs. There was no notice left either. We will not be using them again!
