Master Touch, Inc Window Cleaning / Pressure Washi

Vernon Dunn and his 2 assistants are a treasure. They were on time, extremely professional and helpful. Our house is 35 years old, and 8 of the windows cleaned were the originals. They were extremely dirty, inside and out, and Vernon and team did a fantastic job. One old storm window was broken, and Vernon took care of it without delay and got a replacement glass fitted during the project.  When done, my windows were spotless. I plan to have Master Touch back regularly for spring and fall cleanings.

Vernon came with his crew of two other gentlemen. They worked quickly and efficiently. One man scaled ladders for the second story windows while another worked on the first story windows. Vernon handled the cleaning of the screens. They then cleaned the interior window and two chandeliers and had a very neat ladder that could be put on stairs to get to my foyer chandelier. They completed the entire job in just an afternoon. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again.
I also interviewed two other window cleaning services here in Greenville, NC. One came out and gave a free estimate; the other did not come out but communicated their estimate by e-mail. I also asked for references from all three providers and called many of the references. Master Touch was the lowest bidder. I chose Master Touch not only because they had the most reasonable price but also because of the rave reviews from their other clients.
