I chose them because they were close to my house. They keep up to date equipment, and it’s a good gym to go and work out. The equipment is well taken care of and overall, everything is well maintained. There is a lot going on there, there are spin classes, and aerobics. They have a lot of lift-pull machines, and treadmills. They are continuously updating their equipment. They also offer day care for people with children, where the children are taken care of while the parent works out.
