They quoted $125 and then after job was completed it was $130. I have two story which they completed in 1 hour. They put murphy oil on hardwood floor and tile which left a residue and slippery. I asked for a deep clean and I did not get a deep clean not even close. He seemed to pride himself in getting the job done in an hour, however I rather have the deep clean like I asked for. It seemed his motive was how fast he could get the job done and coworkers were not working most of that hour. They had to use my vacuum because their vacuum was causing a burning rubber smell. They did not vacuum wall to wall, just middle of the room. They didn't even clean flooring before applying murphy oil.

Mr. Burton did not weed eat along the sidewalk. He was evidently driving his riding lawn mower too fast when turning and one wheel removed a good bit of grass. I had asked him to cut a tree about 15 to 18 feet in length that had fallen across my chain link fence into several pieces and then throw those pieces into the woods behind my yard. Rather than do this he and one of his men simply picked up the tree and dumped it behind my fence. It is about 1 1/2 feet behind the damaged section of fence and might be in the way of a fence company attempting to repair my fence.

Mr. Burton reached out, we set a date for service, he and his associate did the lawn manicuring for the agreed upon price. Very professional and courteous!

Richard and his crew were absolutely fantastic ! Not only were they professional but they did a professional quality job in a very reasonable amount of time. Both Richard and his crewmember were kind and courteous and very willing to help to make sure the job was done perfectly. They showed up on time ready to work and really did an outstanding job. Loved the people, but I found dust on furniture that had supposedly been dusted, found hair on the bathroom floor and the tiles in the tub had not been wiped down.

The team was nice and personable. They introduced themselves and treated me with the upmost respect. They wanted to know what areas to concentrate on while cleaning. Once they completed the work, they reviewed the areas with me before payment. Everything went well and I had no complaints. I will utilize their services in the future.

Prompt and Courteous

Was hired to saw down large tree . Saturday they took down the tree, sawed up the limbs and carried brush off and cleaned up area. Was unable to saw up the trunk of the tree, said they would return Monday to finish job. Owner called Monday morning said they were looking for a larger saw. Would call when they were on the way back to complete job. I called him Tuesday he said they still had not located a bigger saw . We have not been contacted since that Tuesday. Job was incomplete. I finished it myself. Gave them partial payment.

They did an Excellent Job Mowing a Property that had not been mowed for a Year. Excellent Customer Service, Professional, and Dedicated to doing a Top-Notch Job. I will Hire Burton Cleaning Service again in the Future.
