Zips Car Wash

Below review is from my BBB complaint filed against Zips. Suffered damage to my vehicle and the business has been either unresponsive or divisive. Where I'm going to get my car fixed here in Clemmons by one of the top body repair shops has had a growing volume of cars damaged by the Clemmons and Winston Salem Zips locations. I'd highly recommend reconsidering doing business with Zips. The convenience was great but their lack of maintaining their equipment that can damage your car and the lack of accountability from the business to take of these matters is of big concern. Truly a socially irresponsible company. My vehicle was damaged by the side brush assembly in the car wash having a recessed door molding ripped off my car. On 4/4/20 my 2015 Porsche Macan had a recessed door molding torn off by the side brush assembly. The wash attendee instructed me to pull around to the office where I was harassed by a rude employee, Michelle, that represented themselves as the manager. Michelle completed the damage claim assessment taking pictures of the damage. I was contacted back 4/6/20 by an employee claiming to be the district manager, Mark Andrews, who claimed my car was already damaged and in disrepair when I entered and this was my problem. Mark Andrews called back a second time childishly harassing me with yelling and hung up. Contacted the corporate office through Facebook regarding the issue and they stated the district managers were actually Kyle West and David Cook and asked I contact them. After a few email reach out attempts to Kyle, I had to have the corporate office follow up with them to respond to me. Received a short email that the site manager said a review was done and denied responsibility, no response to my requests for them to personally review or to send me photos of my vehicle in disrepair entering the wash as claimed. Company staff has been very deceptive about representing their positions with the company and unprofessional with lack of accountability and harassment call. The persons in the proper positions to address the matter have shown disregard to my contact attempts are negligent in reviewing and addressing the damage caused by their facility.
