After getting me to demonstrate the issue while walking around the store while he listened, Wyatt (at least I'm guessing it was Wyatt) diagnosed the issue and clearly explained the repair and its cost. The job was done in a matter of a few days and the result has been very satisfactory. The shoes were returned to me in great condition.

Excellent customer service both on the phone and in person. I had four pairs of shoes I needed to have weatherproofed, and was concerned about doing it myself. They got me the exact spray I needed for the material of the shoes and told me exactly how to apply it! To top it all off they were extremely patient as my one year old toddled around their store front and brought my keys to the parking lot that I had left on the counter! All of this for a $5.00 can of spray! None of this May seem like a big deal, but if you have ever ran errands with a toddler, you'll know not everyone is patient especially if you're not making a bigger purchase! I definitely would recommend them!!!

Stole my wife's boots to get professionally shined secretly. She noted them gone that day, had to retrieve them so she could wear them. Brought them back, done the next day by 5pm. They look great, wife very pleased.
