The removal and installation went far smoother than I expected. Old (and cracked) single-pane windows in our 1950s home needed replacement. The new windows are not only far better insulated but they also operate! That's a treat we haven't had the entire time we've lived here. The installation required hauling material up and down a two story ladder as well as removing aged wood and cracked windows. The work went incredibly well. The installer was clean, careful and thorough. The new windows, frames and trim were installed in just two days and look like they always were meant to be there. The folks in the office on Stratford road were easy to work with. We highly recommend them!
