Vip Homekeeping

I bought a Groupon for 2 hours of cleaning. I spoke to, and scheduled my appt. with a woman. The day of the appointment a man arrived with cleaning gear. Introduced himself as Steve and aked what I wanted done. I told him the above. I wasn't exactly pleased that I wasn't told I would have a man cleaning my home. Thankfully my husband was home, so I felt a little more at ease. "Steve" even brought cat treats for my cats, but I find the whole thing a bit strange especially since there is no address or phone number listed on the website. I traced him (I think it's him) to BNI Movers & Shakers, still with no address. He cleaned with vinegar and water, and a dust brush. Missed stains on the floor, but fixed them when called to his attention. As for the dusting, he dusted like a typical male, around things. And needless to say the dust was back in a couple days. Even the counter top I wanted polished was done halfway. Not done behind the sinks, etc. I just feel strange about the whole situation, and will not be using him again or buying another Groupon for VIP.
