They said somebody wanted wood and the guy who wanted the wood never showed up. He might have showed up once or twice. As a result they left a lot of stuff in my yard and they never really completed the job. I did pay them. It was a good price that I paid them. There was no problem with that. Now I have a big mess that I have to clean up. It’s like out of shape to do something like that. I would have expected a reasonable company to be able to do that. I paid them a good price and they eliminated the danger. For the number of trees that I had, I paid a very good price. You get what you pay for. Some people would have charged me $400 or $500 per tree. They did seven of them. They were large trees and seventeen hundred feet tall. The trees were big. They cleared the trees, so that no one would get hurt. I didn’t have a problem with the price. I had a problem with, they didn’t do what they said they were going to do. We gave them two cheques. We gave one cheque on one particular day and the other cheque on another day. It turned out that my wife gave them the cheque. I wouldn’t have given them the cheque till they had completed the work. They were the ones that benefited from it. They did as little as they could to get away with it. There was no good customer service on this one. I would probably not use their services again in the future.
