I replaced the roof with this company in 03/2012. After 6 years the roof started to leak. Not only in one point but in three points. So, we called them and they came to fix it. We fixed the ceiling and guess what... the roof was leaking again at the same points. After, "three fixes" the roof still leaks and damage my property. When I called other contractors they observed that the sheet below the singles is a very cheap material that can be damaged easily and deteriorate. We sent them an e-mail 4 months ago and they don't respond as they are unable to fix their mess. We are extremely frustrated from the bad quality and their lack of expertise. I have to say that they seem nice and professional at the beginning but their customers will pay their poor work in the future.

Very well; crew arrived on time, and finished on time. Chimney cap installed and serviced so as to direct smoke.

We had problems once we had the ice storm and it affected our roof in two places and they fixed that. They cleaned my gutters and put in new gutter guards and fixed the leak on the gutter. They were really good to work with and they did what they said they were going to.

Travis custom made a metal ridge cap to more than cover the space on the ridge line. It worked very nicely. Then months later, we had more leaks 20 feet below the ridge line. I thought it could have been the ridge cap so Travis came back. They realized that the shingles were nailed too close to the edge and rain was following the the nail holes into the house. It did take a month to get him to come back but they did and were very professional. They siliconed many of the nail holes and so far so good.
I would definitely call them again when it is time to re-do the roof.
