I called Triad Electronics seeking help with my small LG TV after the cable company caused it to "lock" on a dialogue screen. It could not be controlled by remote or buttons on the set. It was inoperable! Within 5 minutes, Triad Electronics diagnosed and fixed the problem - using their LG service remote. And there was NO charge for the service. They only asked for positive word-of-mouth for their service. I highly recommend this firm for their expertise, great customer service and professionalism. You can rest assured I will contact Triad Electronics the next time I need service on one of my TVs.

Our television screen went black, but we could still hear the sound. When I called Triad Electronics, they actually diagnosed the problem over the phone, and told me the price of the part if I were to install it myself; and they gave me the price to have a tech come out. The representative actually explained to me how to change the part so I could save money (without having a tech come out). She said if I wasn't comfortable, they could have a tech come out that afternoon. My husband and I went to pick up the part, and again, they explained how to install. They were very courteous and took the time we needed to understand. I would definitely recommend them and go back.

It was very efficient and they were very knowledgeable. It did not take them long at all to figure out what the problem was and get the TV ready for me. It was ready within a couple of days. This company was recommended by the salesman I bought the TV from.

It took six weeks to get the television back. The television is still working though, but I had to call about 15 times. So they created a problem trying to fix the main problem.
