Description of Work: I needed a new stereo for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called this morning at 9:30 am to ask questions. I arrived at the shop at 1030 am and asked to see car stereos that would work for my Jeep. I was shown several models and I chose the best one for my needs. An estimate was given and accepted. I waited for installation in a nice lounge with big screen TV and comfortable chairs. I waited about 40 minutes total. Excellent customer service, knowledgable efficient staff, quick installation, great price.

 + -1 moreI had a high end sound system put in and the amplifier went bad. They were able to figure out what was wrong, send it off, and they fixed my problem. They had to remove the amp, fix it, and reinstalled it. They did a great job and took car of everything. The place I bought the amp from wanted to sell me a whole amplifier, but The Stereo Shop fixed it. They did everything they said they would do. They also re-tuned everything for me. It was a $1500 amp. I was amazed of how cheap they were for the price and amount of work they did.
