We have called them for a month trying to have them come out because the awning motor does not work. After numerous calls they have still not responded. We have contacted another co.who came out the following day. They said they would need to contact the co. That produces the awning. That also indicated some problems as to the initial installation.

The reason I went with that company is that because at the gym where I worked out had the shades that were exactly what I needed. I just found out what company they used and contacted the same company. I would use them again in future.
