It was very good, she was a very nice lady, but when we had our tile done in our kitchen she was out of town and the tile was not right, we had some issues, there was to much blue in the backsplash, i just didn't know that she was going to be out of town, it was just bad timing. She needs to have a better estimate before the project starts.
