Summit Services Group, LLC is a Winston-Salem based, full-service maintenance company providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services to property owners of all sizes throughout the Piedmont Triad. Our customers include residential, commercial, institutional, and multi-family owners, as well as property owner associations, residential real estate firms, and property management companies. Summit's three founders collectively have almost 100 years of real estate experience. This experience includes residential/commercial/owner association property management and maintenance. All of our service technicians have extensive backgrounds in the real estate services area, including providing maintenance services for all types of properties. We are fully insured. We are a licensed electrical contractor (NC L28507), and most of our technicians possess the Universal EPA-CFC certification. Dean Smith is able to trouble shoot then determine what needs to be done and how to go about getting the project completed. He worked on a small leak in my roof and repaired a pull down attic ladder. I will definitely use them in the future.

Sam had to come twice for different projects that had needed repairs within a few weeks of each other. Each time, Sam was professional and courteous, taking the time to explain the process, provide tips for future maintenance, and answer any questions. He even corrected errors that had been made in the original installation of the shower faucet and garbage disposal.
