Spirit Construction / David Caudle worked with us to design and build a wood working shop behind our house. He had great ideas on the configuration of the building design and helped us by making suggestions from his experiences which were very helpful. The quality of workmanship was better than we ever imagined it would be. He kept the project moving and followed through on every aspect of the project as promised. The final result surpassed our expectations and we are very pleased with the outcome.

He's a little more expensive than these handyman guys, but you get more expertise because he's built houses before. He's done some inspections for me and told me the cost of things to fix, so he has the knowledge. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge in building houses in general. He's a person I could call before purchasing a house and pull him in say "how much are these rotten windows going to cost me?" And he'd tell me.
