While very courteous, the installation was poor. Large portions of the original contract were refused without removing charge, reinstalled outlets were loose and crooked, a fixture was broken, instructions were not followed so wires were run the wrong way and the breaker box was in the wrong location, our oven outlet was replaced with one the plug does not fit in, both doorbells were broken, installed breakers can not carry the loads of their rooms and trip consistently, a large mess was left, and it was overall, not a good experience.
