Terry's work is impeccable. He is the cleanest too! He cleans up every day during the job, so there is no sawdust or anything left behind. The crown moulding above the kitchen cabinets is beautiful...every corner is perfect. When he added the new base cabinet, he found one at a salvage store, which saved money over having him build it from scratch. Then he installed a new back panel so you cannot tell it was an addition. The tile backsplash is beautiful and again, everything was done to perfection and cleaned afterwards. He also has great suggestions and ideas if you are unsure how to finish something. He communicates beautifully by email and/or telephone, is always on time and completely dependable.

After getting several quotes from other contractors/builders we decided to go with Royalco to do our bathroom renovations. He did things that we wanted in our master bathroom that other contractors said they could not do or would not do. We appreciate every thing that was done. He was very professional and meticulous and kept everything cleaned as he went. He does everything he says he is going to do. He shows up early and does not take but a short break to eat lunch. We are waiting for our final inspections after our new Glass enclosure is installed and then can start enjoying our new bath.

Terry Woolcombe was the most responsive, up-front, home maintenance professional I have ever dealt with. He promptly returned phone calls or e-mails, followed up with us, and noticed things in our home that we didn't that might need a touch up. Though we didn't need any major remodeling done this time, when we do, I would definitely call him. His attention to detail and thoroughness just on these small tasks speak volumes for his larger work.
I can't say enough good things about this positive experience.

Terry fit me in his schedule and worked on Saturday of Memorial day weekend to help me out.Very prompt, quick to quote and punctual on the job, cleaned up well afterwards. i look forward to working with him again.
