We were quite pleased, from the beginning. We called several people to get estimates and he actually responded to our call, and came by to give an estimate. He was very honest about when he could start the job and how long it would take. He came when he said he would. It took parts of three different days. He was very helpful and cleaned up each day. He was very personable and very courteous. One day he was going to his truck to get something and I was coming home from the vet with my cat, who had just had surgery. He pulled his truck out and parked in a different spot so that I wouldn't have as far to carry her. He did a great job on the tiles. It looks very nice.
