Shoddy, shoddy, shoddy. When we bought our house, the inspection recommended that the windows be re-glazed which requires them to be painted as well. We asked the sellers to do this as part of the repairs which they agreed to do. The seller's agent recommended Ricardo as the "best paint guy in town". He gave an estimate of $500 which the sellers agreed to pay. I can tell you that if this is the "best paint guy in town" then God help us all. The job was absolutely shoddy. The re-glazing looked like a child's silly putty project. It was absolutely horrible. I confronted him and after arguing for a little bit, he admitted that it wasn't done well and that he would re-do it. The second time around it was marginally better but then again the bar was set so low that it isn't saying much. And he left finger prints all over the glass which he never came back to clean and he also didn't re-hang the screens. I could have called him to do this but by then I was so disgusted that I had no desire to even speak to him. Stay away, save your money and please get the word out about this unprofessional guy.
