Friendly and very unprofessional!

Horrible to deal with. Slow service, slow response, always giving excuses for non-performance of duties.  Already paid for services and they still have our furniture.

These guys made some custom window seats cushions for me and a couple of pillows. I bought the fabric and they did the work. There was a little confusion at first on the dimensions but they made it right and the cushions are just what I was looking for. Great people, I'd use them again for sure.

I thought they were fairly slow, but they did tell me they had someone out so that may be why. They cushions turned out well. The people were really nice and pleasant to work with.

The price did not include the fabric. final price was $50. over the estimate. It did include pick up and delivery of the chairs. They did a great job.

I had this done in the summer and it was difficult getting in touch with the person who fixes the couch due to competing vacations. Once I spoke with him, he asked me to take a picture and bring to the shop so that he could more accurately give me a price. I used my tablet, took the picture, brought it in, and he told me how much he would charge. Additionally, he told me that if the damage was more extensive, how much that would be, as well. What I truly appreciated was they pick up and deliver.
They came when they said they would and after a little glitch with our timing, delivered on the day they said. The couch had more damage than originally suspected and the cost was a little over the stated amount. No, they didn't call me to tell me but it was within $25.00 of the higher quoted price. I've had the couch back for a week and it looks great; like new. Would I use them again, let's just say I bought a dining room table and chairs at a consignment shop, that look great. I don't like the fabric on the chairs and when I get ready to have them reupholstered, they will be the company I choose.

I provided the velvet material, and they did a wonder job reupholstering the antique love seat and fixing the springs in the seat. It looks beautiful. People working there very friendly and helpful. Definitely would use again.

I liked them. They were very professional. They have been around for a long time. The quote was more than I wanted to pay, but I believe just based on my research that it was a fair price. There was nothing bad about the experience of getting a quote from them. They got back to me right away.

THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB. THE COUCH AND CHAIRS LOOKED GREAT AND BETTER THAN NEW. I WAS MORE THAN TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THE JOB LOOKED BEAUTIFUL. I LIKED DOING BUSINESS THERE.
