Very impressed and satisfied. The Lennox heat pump quit cooling on Friday. After calling several providers, Reedy promised to come out the same day. The technician came Friday afternoon and quickly diagnosed that the blower motor was failing and needed replaced. He said if he could find the motor on Saturday, he would come back and replace it. He called back Saturday morning and said he would be able to get the blower motor and would be out to fix it. It took a few hours for him to arrive since he had many other calls to make. Once he arrived, he quickly replaced the blower motor and the cold air started flowing. Very happy with service and will definitely call them if we have any HVAC issues in the future. There rates are higher on the weekend, but in this hot, humid weather it is worth it and I'm happy to receive weekend service.

The tech that came out was great and very knowledgeable. He got it running and the house cooled down. There was a circuit board that had broken and needed to be replaced so he bypassed it. By bypassing it the unit will cool but is unable to go into heating mode. For the unit to heat in the coming winter I would need a new circuit board and he said that he the office would contact me with a price. I did hear anything for 2 weeks so I called Reedy's and the lady said she would get the manager to call me. I didn't hear anything. I waited another week and called again and was told she would leave a note for the manager to call me. No call for the next few weeks. I just called and talked to the manager and waited for a price for the circuit board. It is very frustrating to have to call several times to get information that should have been passed on to me within a few days of the work being done. I may get them to replace the circuit board in my unit since I think the tech is good and they already have the information but I will not use them after that.

We've been using this company for years, and they are great. Their prices are reasonable, and they always come quickly. They do not try to gouge you. I can't say enough good things about them.

I would give them as high a rating as you can give a company. They happened to be in the neighborhood at the time. They came over and pumped it out. they only charged $78 but they said the unit needed a new pan that was $725. I called a competitor to confirm the price and they said that was very reasonable. They did the thing. Took 2 men about 3 hours. The bill was $725 but my card was only charged $585. I called to let them know I owed them $150 but they said they only charged me $585 because it only took 2 men to do the job. They are outstanding.

We have used them for years. We have a contract with them. We pay yearly for the contract, so it doesn't cost us usually when they come out. They are an "A" in everyone of the categories. We still use them. They put in a new system in the house in 2008, so we have used them for a long time.

We have a service contract and pay once a year. They are very professional, I have always been very pleased with them.  They do a good job. Our unit is fairly new so it better not break. They called me to tell me it was time to do it.  Right on time, we have used them for many years. If something does break, we get a discount on something that needs to be fixed. They are very professional and can be very honest in their dealings. They always cover their shoes before they walk in the door, very conscientious.

Within 1.5 hours of calling to schedule a routine maintenance check on the HVAC system, Reedy's sent a very professional young man. He was comfortable with me following him through the process so that I could learn what I can do in the future and what I need them for. He was gracious and knowledgeable.

The sales rep, Ryan, was most professional. Punctual, complete, informative, responsive. Everything a customer expects from a sales representative, but seldom gets.

Removal of the old system was clean, neat and considerate, protecting the floors and causing little collateral damage. (Furnace removal is a dirty and difficult job and the crew did their very best)

Installation of the new system was punctual and professional. The installers were sensitive to my concerns and we worked together to make it right.

The city inspectors were right on time and had no issues to resolve.

The follow-up reports, rebates and billings were complete and accurate.

And we are very pleased with the performance of our new system. Our new furnace system keeps our home evenly heated, no more high - low temperature swings and is easy on fuel.

I would, and have,  recommend Reedys' HVAC to anyone.

The gentleman sent by Reedys was very proffesional. My hot water heater was not heating enough to fill my bath tub. I thought I might need a new system. He inspected my system and said the heater was fine but I had a bad element. I appreciate his honesty on telling me what I needed instead of trying to sell me a new system. I decided to have both elements replaced as it is an older system. He flushed the system and found a lot of sediment in the bottom of the heater. When I went out to check on the status of the system, he indicated he had to add water to the tank in order to get all sediment out. I had the system flushed in the past by another person and was told there was no sediment. Apparently they did not look to see if sediment needed extra water to clean it out completely. I really appreciate the extra effort to clean the tank. The gentleman from Reddys indicated the sediment clogged the drainage hose. Since I would have never known what was in there I appreciate his honesty and effort. I was also able to have my thermostat turned down which will save money in the long run. Thank you and Carrie for your help and prompt service. I would highly recommend this technician to anyone.

Very Good. Very professional and timely. Good job for a good price.

When I called Mr Reedy was very nice and his workers were so polite and respectful. They did a wonderful job installing my new Trane Heat Pump, they were fast and I couldn't even tell they were there. The inspector that came out even said that they did a very good job. Also they were like $1000 cheaper than everyone else that came out and gave me an estimate.

Provider arrived on time and performed the service requested.

They did the work and it went fine.

Reedy's was the tenth estimate I got to install a gas generator. I can honestly say that every contractor I dealt with told me something different. Only through my own research and piecing together what I had been told did I decide on using Reedy. The advice that Mr. Reedy provided was sound. He did not try to oversell me on a more powerful generator that I did not need, nor want, and he was very accurate in his estimate of how much power I actually needed. He was courteous and affable and his workers were professional in every way. A follow up trouble shooting call was handled promptly (on a weekend) and courteously. The unit that he installed performed flawlessly through at least power outage that I recall. Yearly maintenance was also professionally handled by Reedy. In sum, Reedy's is competitively priced (he beat every other estimate) and professionally managed. Thank you, Mr. Reedy. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who was on the level. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company without reservation.
