The work went very slow. There were problems passing building inspections. The quality of the hardwood floors they installed was terrible. After a period of time the floor started to buckle from moisture. When I called them and asked them about what kind of waterproofing they performed they did not have an answer. I have since not been able to contact them and when I do they don't return my calls. I have had to have to the whole floor replaced by another company.
