 + -1 moreIt was an electric bottom where 5-gallon water thing would go to the bottom and I didn't have to pick it up and turn it upside down on the top. It had an electric pump and it kept the water cool, so that I could get the cold water. I was really happy with the machine. It appears to be a national company. I actually have a water filter built in, so I've stopped using them. The machine was for $189 and the 5-gallon water was for $15; but if I took back the jug, then the refill used cost $6.99 for 5-gallon. It is a lot cheaper because I use a lot of water bottle and it is a lot cheaper than individual water bottle. I didn't really deal with them; except, for purchasing the product at the retail stores.
Description of Work: I used Primo Water Corporation to get the water supply for the water cooler. They also installed the machine. I have used them for two years.
