 + -1 moreI had used their service for a number of years and paid $7 for each container for water but water was not consistently available recently so I returned the bottles to the store and asked for a refund on the bottles. I was told they would not provide a refund as I had paid for the bottles (listed in fine print) although it cost $7 additional to get bottles with the water and they were now in possession of my bottles which they would not return. And which will be charged to the next customer.
Description of Work: Primo water service offers water through the Sweetbay Store on 56th st Tampa. Customers [pay $6.99 for water if they have a bottle and $13.99 if they do not. After use the bottles are placed in a container in the front of the store and tickets are issued for use on the next water purchase.
