Everyone that I spoke with on the phone or in person was very nice.  They were one of 4 quotes that I had done and beat everyone with a better quality product and lower price.  The installer even worked in the rain to get everything finished for me.  There was an issue with the wrong fence post caps being delivered but they were out within the week to replace them with  the correct ones.  Highly recommend.

There was a 2 man crew, they worked late every night to get the job done. They even had to deal with a bothersome neighbor and handled it well. Everything was measured out and the ladies in the office called me to schedule the fence install and the utility lines were marked a few days before the job was started. Tim was wonderful to work with, this is the 2nd fence they have put up for me. The ladies in the office are always helpful and nice to speak with on the phone. The 2 man work crew was very good about keeping my yard clean and very nice when I had questions.

Technically, the job isn't finished. It would be, except for the fact that the fellow who supervises the primarily non-English speaking crew didn't bother to wait until the Utility company had marked the gas lines. Actually, they had planned to start yesterday, but fortunately they were rained out. Today, about an hour or so after they left the first time, the Utility guy shows up, marks the lines, and shows me that one of the posts is either directly over my gas line, or very, very close. When I contacted the company about this - first by phone, then by sending photos to both the office and Tim - I finally received a call from Tim, who gave me the quote to begin with. He seemed to laugh it off as if it wasn't a big deal, and said the crew manager would be out tomorrow to test for gas after they move the post 3 feet. Well, isn't that nice! I contacted them and notified them of the issue at 1:27pm, and I get to sleep right next to that post wondering if there's a gas leak outside my bedroom window? I would have been better off buying the material myself and hiring someone on craigslist. I am paying over $2000 for this dog run because I wanted professionals to do it. These people are NOT professional. If I ran my business the way these folks do, I'd be ashamed.

They did an excellent job. The price was competitive. They were professional and responsive.

They originally put the fence around the entire backyard and I had them come back to put the gate. They did good work. They are a little pricey but they did good work. I haven't compared their price with any other company but several people I had talked to while at work said that what they charged for the entire yard was kind of high. The quality was fine. They actually were out in the yard and I didn't even know. I might use them if I needed any more work. I would definitely recommend them to others but I would tell them that they might be more expensive than other companies. One thing is that they are very close by and that was convenient to me.

Tim from Piedmont Fence was very professional and knowledgeable. Tim called me 30 minutes in advance to confirm his appointment and arrived 10 minutes early! Tim took the time to listen to every detail and made recommendations to help portray the exact fence layout we wanted. Tim also explained every step of the process and was able to provide us with an estimated cost right on the spot! Piedmont Fence did an amazing job! The fence was installed in a timely, professional manner. The fence installers were incredibly friendly and well organized. They listened to every concern I had, and accommodated any change I requested. They were sure to call ahead each day prior to their arrival and were always there at the time they said they would arrive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a fence at their home or business. Great company! I will be calling them in the future for more work! Thank you Piedmont Fence! :)
