Tim is a perfectionist and tooka long time to complete this. There were some delays due to health and family problems, however, the quality of his work is superb. After the building was complete, a very strong wind storm at the end of May, 2011 blew eight large oaks around the house, grazing the front and back of the roof. The whole house shifted about two inches off the foundation, but the house stayed square, the doors and windows opened well. The building is extremely solid.
