PETE JONES CONSTRUCTION

Description of Work: I have used Pete Jones Construction several times over the course of the past 15 years. The first job Pete's company performed for me was a kitchen/den remodel before we moved into our newly purchased home. We tore out walls from the kitchen/den area and actually moved the kitchen, pantry area and laundry room and opened up the den to make the area more of a great room. This involved closing up one door to the outside, moving the door going into the garage, moving the kitchen area from one part of the opened area to another, and giving us a living space that has been wonderfully livable. He coordinated the various workmen needed to complete the job - plumber, electrician, tileman, cabinetmakers, etc. - and I always felt that his outsourced workmen were top in their trade but also very reliable and honest, just like Pete's regular employees. A few years later we had this company rework a finished basement area after some basement flooding. He helped coordinate waterproofing, tiling a formerly carpeted floor, tearing out and replacing moldy walls, adding built in shelving in one of the storage areas, installing a new drop ceiling, and updating the small bathroom and a small bar area. The most recent job that Pete Jones Construction has performed for us was to remodel an upstairs bathroom. We tore out the 2-sectioned bathroom and made one large bathroom with a bathtub/shower (replacing a shower), commode, cabinet w/ sink on one side of the room and matching cabinet w/out sink on the other.
