We liked her enthusiasm over other realtors we interviewed. Because most home buyers use the internet for home searches rather than directly through agents, we asked Pam to retake some indoor pictures of our home for the internet, but that was not done. We did ask her to hold a second open house and advertise locally, which she did for us. Pam was skilled at negotiating the final agreement of our home and took care of every detail for us. Our home was on the market for about six months, a much shorter time than most other homes in the neighborhood. I would certainly recommend Pam Wilson to anyone who needs to sell their home in the Winston Salem area.

I contacted a couple of agents after performing searches and reading reviews online, and both responded back to me. But after reading their responses and speaking with each, I selected Pam to represent me, and I couldn't have made a wiser decision. From the start, Pam listened, I mean really listened, to my likes and dislikes, and my wants and must-haves, in a home. The homes she scheduled for me to see were right on target, and never was there any pressure to hurry me along in the process. I took my time and Pam answered all my questions along the way, to include being available to discuss and talk about all aspects of the experience at anytime. And when she was busy with other clients, she promptly returned my calls at her earliest convenience.  Even after making my decision as to which home to purchase, I found myself working out-of-town at times when such things as the home inspection and appraisal were to take place, and Pam covered these for me. She even met a couple of flooring contractors at the house to give me estimates for work. To say Pam went above and beyond the call is an understatement. I don't know if or when I may ever purchase another home in Winston-Salem, but if I do and Pam is still an agent in town, there is no doubt who I will call to represent me.
