I don't have any dislikes about them. They were very professional. They offered something we didn't need because we never have any termite damage. They wanted to put something in for a thousand dollars with a 300$ a year back up on that alone. It was something that they found in the yard around the house but I don't think we need it and we are not going to get it. I'm really confident with what they do.

Just what I wanted. He arrived on time, checked evidence of carpenter bees. sprayed the holes and filled them. He checked all of the places where we found mouse droppings and cleaned them out. He put metal barriers calked into the corner holes and screwed them into place. He set out many mouse traps. He agreed that I had handled the rat problem we found a few weeks ago.
He was very thorough

They come and inspect once a year. So far their service has been outstanding. I have been using them for about 5 years and I have been very happy with them. From our initial visit they have been right on time and done a great job. I recently had them install a vapor barrier in the crawl space.

I had a very bad experience with them. When the man arrived, he said I had indicated to sign a year contract with them in which I had not. He did spray and I called to cancel the service only to find I had been billed through my bank. I called to have it removed and was informed I could but my account would be flagged which I thought was very unfair.

I HAVE NO PESTS AT ALL. THEY SEND OUT REMINDERS EVERY TWO MONTHS, AND THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND TRUSTWORTHY. I DON'T MIND THEM BEING IN MY HOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

DEALING WITH THEM IS SATISFACTORY, BUT IT'S NOTHING SPECTACULAR AND THE WORK THAT THEY DO FOR US IS OKAY. THEY COULD IMPROVE ON THEIR RESPONSIVENESS. OTHER PEOPLE THAT I TALK TO SEEM TO HAVE THE SAME KIND OF EXPERIENCE NO MATTER WHO THEY USE.

ORKIN DID A GREAT JOB ON SPRAYING AROUND MY HOME. THE GUY THEY SENT WAS VERY NICE. HE ASKED EASY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED.
