Good start, ended badly. Consults with other vets convinced us to move on.

They've been phenomenal. They've called and checked on him. They called and checked on me. They've answered the phone whenever I had any issues. They've gone so far above and beyond that I'll never be able to repay them for everything they've done.

The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. The doctor was gentle with my dog, a very yappy Pomeranian. She explained about the Erlicia, that it wasn't serious and what could be done if necessary. My dog is very healthy and I will definitely use Mount Tabor Animal Hospital again. I also have 3 cats that will be having check-ups soon.

They're hot and cold. Sometimes they are very responsive, sometimes they're not responsive. They do totally totally try to over sell you. But they're very, very, very good. It's excellent vet care but I just don't love them. I would say if your animal needs specific medical care, they are very good. If your animal just needs to go in for a checkup and the like, then they're going to try to sell you every new fangled procedure under the sun over and over until they just basically break you down.

This office visit went very well for both my dog and me. Dr. Craig took the time to thoroughly examine and diagnose my pet as well as allowing me the time to ask questions and actively participate in the treatment plan. The office staff were very polite and professional and were very concerned about getting my dog in as soon as possible when I called with my concerns.

Not pleased at all

When making the appointment, the office staff were very friendly and eficient. Our appointment with Dr. Kathy Radford was great. I wanted a vet that not only practiced general medicine but also recognized the benefits of herbal and holistic remedies. I found in Dr. Radford. She was very warm and treated me and my dog with utmost respect and care. She took her time during the evaluation and I felt she listened to my concerns and took great care in treating my girl. Luckily, my old girl is in really good health for age and we just added some supplements to her current diet. We are going back for a follow-up appointment soon. I have two other girls and I'm very happy I found this clinic and more particularly Dr. Radford.

She is a very caring vet. She treated our last dog that had to be put down because of cancer and she was very patient and compassionate with us through that difficult time. We returned to her in Oct. when we adopted our current dog. The office staff members are very pleasant, professional, and organized. Wait times are reasonable, especially compared to our prior vet. She also will try homeopathic remedies if she feels that they may work. I would definitely recommend her to others.

My dog was a little upset after being at this vet. I would not go back there. I have found another vet that is kind of more no nonsense oriented and I like that facility much better. I think this place is inconsistent and if you use them for grooming, they put way too much cologne on dogs. I also think their boarding is pretty costly too.
