We hired the company for regular lawn mowing for about a year. It was generally fine and they did a good job on the lawn. They cracked a window on the house one time and didn't tell us about it, but when we contacted them, they got it repaired reasonably quickly. Later, they started doing services we didn't ask for and charging us extra for them. When I brought it up, they became very defensive and rude. When I canceled service, they were very unprofessional and even insulted me and the property.

I called to tell him some of the plants died, he said he would be out to the fix the problem. He strung me along for six months and finally said it happened because the plants weren't watered properly. When I reminded him that he is the one that installed the drip system, he hung up on me.
