They do all of my work on my car since I purchased it there. their appointment service is easy to get an appointment and the service department is open on Saturday. They have a shuttle service that will drop me off at home and pick me back up.

Repair was completed as expected. no surprises. It required leaving the car over night but no big deal since they had loaners. i was a bit taken back by their less than streamlined check-in and car loaner process. There's no queue moderator, not even a take a number system; just sort of left up to all the customers to decide who's next. Although i made the appointment the previous week, there was no pre-check in paperwork or advance prep for my appointment. I would have expected the loaner car ready (a la, Hertz or any other car rental) and any paperwork that could have been filled out in advance, even if it was by me, to have been done already. A few in line just showed up that day without prior notice but most of us had made the appointment in advance. At the point of making the appointment we could have been asked for data that would have made any of the processing on the appointment day faster. Instead we all just stood there as each person was processed, one at a time, until it was your turn. We could have even been filling out required paperwork while waiting but that wasn't an option. so you sit, waiting, hoping no one gets mad at those cutting the line, and when you decide it's your turn, then you start the form filling. Very slow, very inefficient, very 1960s.. Not really sure what the point of making an appointment was other than to make sure they could have fixed my car the day i brought it in, although the rental would have covered me for any extra days anyway. The work to the car was first rate.

This is the place you want to go get your rack and pinion replaced if you're OK with only getting 19,000 miles out of it. I've always made it a point to get my repair work done at a Toyota dealer.  I felt it was worth paying a little extra to get quality work. Well, I paid a lot and didn't get Toyota-quality work.

No complaints about the promptness of the work - they did the work promptly. Unfortunately, I apparently started having power steering leaks about 6 months ago. I didn't attribute the small fluid leak to the power steering since I had the new rack in for less than a year.  I just found out from 2 different mechanics that the work needs to be done again - at less than 19,000 miles after the first one. Called the dealer, and they said I'm SOL.

They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Their service is excellent. The price is okay. I don’t take my Toyota anywhere except there. I have been going there since in 2000. They are very good at what they are doing compared to other shops I have been to. I trust them.

I had to have quite a bit of routine maintenance performed on my Highlander. The professionalism was amazing! They were very accommodating to my needs and saved me as much as possible. Only thing is they gave me a new Camry to drive and gave me new car fever -lol! My Highlander runs like a top and they kept informed with every repair thanks, Jeff%

I had submitted a used car trade-in offer request on AutoTrader.com. Modern Toyota was the first to respond to our offer and we were interested in the Camry so I called them back and set up an appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted by the salesperson we'd be working with (I don't recall his name) and he promptly gave our trade-in information to the used car manager. We then told him we were interested in the Camry and that we'd like a sunroof and leather seats. They didn't have a car with both of these options on the lot so we test drove a lesser-equipped model. The salesperson really didn't explain anything about the car before or during the testdrive unless we asked a specific question. As a matter of fact, he was 'playing' on his cellphone for most of the test drive. He really didn't seem interested in selling us on the car or even mention what other features were available if we wanted them. After the test drive, we stood on the lot for a while discussing colors and other options. Again, the salesperson didn't offer up any extra information unless we asked specific questions. We then went inside to discuss pricing, payments, and our trade. First of all, they only offered $4000 on our trade despite the Kelly Blue Book value of over $5000 in good condition (which it was). We made it clear that we'd like our payments to be below $400 a month. I knew this probably wasn't what we'd walk away with but I wanted to start low. They came back with a figure well over $500 a month. After baulking at this price, he came back with $494 a month. This was still too high for our price-range and they weren't willing to move any lower. After concluding that we wouldn't be able to make a deal, I explained that we'd be looking at the Kia Optima tomorrow and that we'd see how Kia's prices and features compared. The salesperson was now interested in explaining why Toyota is a better brand and finally took the time to show us a few things to look for that Toyota's have and Kia's won't. In the end, a couple of these things were true, but not all of them. As we were leaving, the salesperson said he'd call us tomorrow and see how we felt after we'd had a chance to sleep on it. I assumed he'd be calling back with a better price to try to get us back in the door. We never received a call from the salesperson and, worse yet, he never gave us back the registration and insurance from our trade. You'd think he would have at least noticed it laying on his desk and bothered to call and ask if we wanted to come and get it! I'm glad I happened to have spare paperwork at home. It came in handy when we bought a Kia Optima the next day and got $8500 for our trade.
