I have used Mock Tire for years. In addition to tires, they also do mechanical repairs. They are very reasonable and honest, which is rare these days. They have a busy business, so the word is out. I've used them a long time and I'll continue to do so for many years.

They have a great customer service and everyone there's friendly. They are honest and every time they gave me a quote for my tires, I go in and I pay for it. If I make an appointment, they're always on time and I'm probably using them for 8 years now.a

Excellent.  I was expecting something to be seriously wrong with my AC and when they told me what it was I laughed.  I appreciated the tip about how to keep the problem from reoccurring.  I have always gotten great service from the Mock Tire crew on Peters Creek Pkwy with exceptional value.  I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I was having trouble with my brakes vibrating and scrubbing.  I took my car to another auto vendor for an oil change and asked them to check my brakes and give me an estimate on what needed to be done.  I went to pick up my car and they told me that I needed new brake pads and new rotors for the front and back.  The estimate to perform the services was over $700.00!!  Someone recommended Mock Tire, so I took my car there for an evaluation.  They were able to rotate the rotors, replace the brake pads, rotate my tires and do a pressure check on them for less than half of the quote that I received at the other company.  They completely stand behind the service and are polite and professional to deal with.  I won't take my car anywhere else from this point forward!!!

I got very good service for the tire patch but I've also bought tires from them. I trust their opinion when they tell me I need something. I don't feel like they are just trying to jack up the bill.

Mock Tire is very thorough and competent in their work every time I have used them.  I use them for all my tire and wheel related maintenance.  I find the graphical print out of the wheel aligment results especially helpful.  Craig took the time to review the printout with me.  Mock Tire has the most competitive prices on tires.  I only purchase tires from Mock and I always get the wheel aligment done which give me the longest life for the tires.

Craig Mock won a lifetime customer when on my first visit (18 years ago) he refused to take my money ... I had a relatively new Dodge Dakota that the front tires both were warn down to the steal belt on the insides ... one so badly that I replaced it with my spare.  In my ignorance I assumed they were faulty tire, but Craig quickly educated me that it was an alignment issue, not all that uncommon when new vehicles are shipped ... he then proceeded to tell me I needed to go to the Dodge dealer because they would do the alignment under warranty ... he even had my good spare swapped onto my allow rim before I left ... the charge ... just a handshake and a smile.  Years later and many tire purchases I brought my mid life crisis BMW M3 into his shop, back tire as bald as racing slicks ... we talked about a number of different options and he sold me on Kumhos ... a high quality tire at a fraction of the cost of other brands ... I went through many sets of rear tire on that car, a quick phone call, he would arrange for the tires to be there, and i would bring it in swap the tires and change the oil.  He also recommended me to other service stations when i needed more work done (like replacing a drive train).  Craig's leadership must be contagious because the whole crew is great, it i much more than tires, it is great customer service that is so hard to find these days.  That first day he won me over,  I can't even count how many tires I have bought since, all great experiences, i have and will continue to send people his way when the need arises

Great service! Went in for 2 tires and an inspection. I was offered 4 different tire choices at varying costs that all met my needs. Inspection failed due to a problem of which I was unaware. I was given a detailed list of how to rectify the problem, and an offer to fix it there. No pressure, just options. It is a minor issue that I can fix myself, and the time frame for re-inspection was spelled out clearly.
These guys are pros, and have gained my future business.

I spoke on the phone initially with James and he and the crew worked with me to a very appropriate price for four tires, installation along with a front-end alignment.  I waited inside and watched through the window and the guys did a spectacular job.  They took the utmost care from balancing and putting the new tires on the wheel and car all the way down to scrubbing the new, blue paint off the white-wall writing.  The tires were then aligned and everything was completed in around an hour and twenty minutes which was very fast while not skipping any detail.  With the fact they threw in lifetime rotation I will be getting my oil serviced from these guys from now on.

Clearly, Mock Tire is the most reputable tire service center in the Piedmont!  Their prices are straight forward and extremely reasonable.  They don't play games by asking you to price other dealers first.  They just quote all-inclusive low prices on tires and stand by their products and services.  I have total confidence in their locations at Peters Creek Parkway and Country Club Road.

It always goes well when working with the guys at Mock tire. I have been going to them for years and they know me by name.

They have a very good crew at service. The staff in there, is very polite and helpful. I would use them again in the future.
