Met Omar and got a reasonable quote for the work. He was subsequently injured and was unable to start the work on a timely basis so we had to make other arrangements.

Replace rotted wood fascia, soffit and eave/rake boards, remove and reinstall gutters, paint new wood trim.

A few days ago there was a huge wind storm that ripped off the metal siding off the top of my roof. I left a message and he gave me a call back ASAP. He gave me a good quote and hired him to fix my roof. He did a fantastic job repairing my roof! This guy is first class and I will be using him again in the future! I highly recommend Mr Mendez! This is actually a follow up review to Omar's repair work to my roof a few days ago. I went into my attic following last night's rain and windy conditions looking for any issues. As expected, no issues were observed and I was impressed as Omar's work was thorough, clean and professional. From the beginning, I was impressed with his timeliness in coming on site, patiently listening to my observations, clearly discussing and determining repair options and then giving me a prompt and reasonable repair estimate. I was very pleased when he was able to do the roof repair a few days later. I highly recommend him!

Omar and his crew were amazing. They showed up on time both for the estimate and the work. The quote was extremely reasonable and beat two other estimates by a lot. The work they performed was flawless and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I will definitely use Mendez in the future and highly recommend them.

Omar is a real professional. He provides a thorough estimate so you know exactly what you are paying for. He is very patient and answers all questions. He is polite and respectful and a very honest person. He the work was performed in a timely manner and because it was on the roof, he took pictures to show me the work performed. I would definitely hire him again. He is a 100% honest guy and his work is AWESOME!!!

Working with Omar was a wonderful experience and we were delighted by the outcome. We received multiple quotes, but I was so impressed with him from the start that I was already leaning toward working with him before he gave me final quote. His price was more reasonable and he was far more thorough with his inspection. Unlike other contractors that came out, it was obvious from the start that he was less interested in trying to sell me something and more interested in helping me solve a problem.
