Paid to “fix” only to find out after multiple visits and additional money paid all of their original work to install was shoddy and they provided dishonest repairs. We have had to completely tear out the system and reinstall using a more reputable company costing us more than $90,000. Sadly the issue was identified on home inspection prior to purchase, which they supposedly fixed. Found out too late that they lied (both Knight Topline and the prior homeowner) and had had issues with the system since install.

They did not do what they said they were going to do and had to have them come out a few times.

Had our central ac serviced and the tech told us a fan motor was going good bad, but did not want to replace it. Said it may last all summer. The tech had to come back the next day to get it running again. The tech did not put all the screws back in when he was done. Called on a Sunday night when ac was not working, left a voice mail. They did not call back till 8 am Monday. We have service contract that we are paying for. Supposed to have 24/7 response. I ended up buying a motor and replaced it myself.
