Kitchen Center-Winston-Salem

The Bellmont cabinets, although affordable, had solid wood doors but the frame itself was composite with laminate covers. We had problems with the composite construction of the shelves. However, the installation went well and on schedule.

Our contact at Kitchen Center was Phyllis Scardina and she was extremely attentive to our wishes. There were a few problems we encountered but Phyllis addressed them quickly and to our satisfaction. I would recommend The Kitchen Center to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

I was very pleased with the service and products I got from the Kitchen Center of Winston-Salem. I didn't have any previous experience with remodeling and they were very patient in explaining the process. I always got prompt responses with accurate information. What I was most impressed with is they were willing to make chances to suit my unique needs even if it involved a little creativity. It was quite clear to me they were experts in the field and new how to make suggestions for questions I didn't know to ask. For example, I would have never thought to ask for a lazy Susan in the corner cabinet but they did. I thought they also made helpful suggestions about matching the cabinets to the counter tops and which hardware would look the most sophisticated. My back splash had to be reconstructed some light switches had to be repositioned. All of which looks fantastic. I was also relieved that they cleaned up after themselves.
