We called for an estimate and his was the most competitive. He charges $40 for our yard, and we have an average size lot, with a front yard, side yard, and fenced in back yard. He also does plugging and seeding, etc., as needed, and he is very competitive in that pricing too, but I cannot recall exactly how much that was. He helps keep our yard looking great, makes sure our dogs do not get out, and also has helped with other small projects, such as moving some furniture and hauling bulk items to Goodwill and or the dump--again very affordable!
